Each piece is made to order. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. The item must be unused. Please get in touch before returning it so we can provide return instructions.

Eligible items may be exchanged once for another item of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, you must pay the difference before we ship it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Taormina Jewelry covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.
