We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors, textures, or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings.

  • Handcrafted Tolerances: Because each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted to order, customers acknowledge and agree that minor variations in metal weight, gemstone dimensions, and hand-finished alignments of approximately +/- 5% are normal, industry-standard characteristics of bespoke production and do not constitute manufacturing defects or misrepresentations.
  • Availability: Descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 - Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if a product or material is unavailable, we cannot fulfill the order as described, there is a significant pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our ordering process. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because each piece is custom handcrafted to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page strictly within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.
  • Production Phase: Once an order exceeds this 24-hour window, it officially enters our active production workshop and cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded, moving under our standard policies.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for an item is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary, as described in our Shipping Policy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, billing, payment, and shipping information for all purchases.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to two weeks (14 business days) for us to create and ship your jewelry. Delivery time begins after shipment and depends on the carrier. Section 6 - Intellectual Property

The original photographs, product designs, product descriptions, website text, logos, and other content created by Taormina Jewelry belong exclusively to Taormina Jewelry.
